Fluid compatibility

Ideal for rainwater tanks, fuel tanks and selected herbicide or pesticide tanks. Check with the distributor/manufacturer on the chemical compatibility prior to use.

Tank suitability

Not suitable for pressurized containers. Only use on tanks vented to atmosphere.

Minimum depth: 0.1 m Maximum depth: 3 m

Hole Size for tank fitting

20mm - 30mm

Periodically check that the unit is intact and securely fastened to the tank.

Maximum communication distance

Up to 200m in normal ‘line of sight’ conditions

‘Early Warning’ Indication (flashing Tank Fill) at a pre-determined height above tank bottom.

‘Almost Empty’ warning flashes red on the LCD as the levels in the tank approach the bottom (approximately 120mm from the bottom).

Battery life

Transmitter is fitted with a 3-volt lithium long life cell battery. 10 years (estimated life). Use only VARTA CR2430, or same specification batteries. Do not replace batteries in a potentially explosive atmosphere.
