Rain Filters have been designed and engineered specifically for use with rain harvesting systems. Whilst ‘pre-treatment devices’ (such as rain heads and First Flush diverters) are critical to keep leaves, debris and other pollutants out of the rainwater tank, Rain Filters are installed typically after, and sometimes before the pump, to provide extra confidence in rainwater quality.
Rain Filters systems are easy to install and feature heavy duty filter housings with UV resistant components and corrosion resistant fittings. A unique three-piece bowl system ensures long life with brass inserts and connections for the inlet/outlet fittings providing strong, watertight connections.

The Rain Filters Triple Action Filtration System is recommended where rainwater is used inside the house, such as for toilet flushing and laundry use, or whole of house supply. This filtration system provides filtration of fine sediments (down to 15 micron), colour and odour in the one cartridge!
This means it protects laundry from discoloured or tainted rainwater, protects internal appliances, such as washing machines, hot water systems and dishwashers, and reduces discolouring of toilet bowls.

Rain Filters Sediment Filters are recommended where the rainwater system supplies rainwater purely for outside uses, and provides filtration of sediments down to 80 micron. The system protects pumps, prevents blockages of sprinkler heads, and provides cleaner water for high pressure cleaning devices, car washing, pool or pond top-ups, or other uses.
